A little about Steve Scott:
Hello, I’m Stephen Scott, owner of What’s Your Brew, LLC—born and raised in West Springfield and a big fan of all things local. I’ve got a deep love for craft beer, soccer, and building real connections with people. Growing up surrounded by Western Mass culture, I've always found joy in bringing people together—whether it's been through my passion for soccer with the Western Mass Pioneers or my involvement in local events.
Now, I'm combining my love for local flavor and hospitality by launching a beverage truck designed to serve quality craft drinks at events throughout the region. I truly believe the best experiences start with great company and even better beverages—and I’m excited to share both with the Western Mass community and beyond. If I am not working, you will find Amy and I visiting breweries, vineyards, coffee shops, doing yoga or watching a soccer game!

A little about Amy Bourque:
I'm a passionate wellness advocate, herbalist, and the visionary owner of a holistic yoga and wellness studio, Transform at Amy Bourque Yoga. I deeply believe in the body’s innate capacity to heal, and I strive to create sacred spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and nature-based healing.
With years of experience in Ayruveda, herbal medicine and a lifelong love for tea, I craft healing blends that support physical vitality and emotional balance. My work as a healer weaves together traditional herbal wisdom, intuitive bodywork, and yoga to guide others on their unique path to wellness.
Whether I’m leading a yoga class, preparing a soothing cup of herbal tea, or offering one-on-one support, I bring warmth, grounded wisdom, and a deep reverence for the natural world to all that I do. My mission is simple: to help others find balance, resilience, and joy in everyday life.
When I am not helping others heal, you will find Steve and I visiting with family, exploring social venues, wineries and breweries, going for a hike and engaged in good conversation!
